The Events Manager will lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that advance ClearPath’s mission. This role manages ClearPath’s external events and trips while supporting broader stakeholder engagement and external affairs strategies. The Events Manager will manage a wide-ranging portfolio of convenings, including Congressional briefings, policy forums, salon dinners, domestic and international Congressional and staff delegation travel, and relationship-building events with key stakeholders across the energy and policy landscape. This individual will develop and execute event strategies that include thoughtful guest list development, creative venue selection, and strong vendor partnerships to deliver seamless guest experiences that reflect and elevate ClearPath’s brand. While collaborating closely with teams across the organization, the Events Manager will report directly to ClearPath’s Senior Director of External Affairs. The ideal candidate brings strong project management and execution skills, excellent internal and external communication abilities, and is a natural relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and can represent ClearPath with stakeholders.
