About The Position

As our Events Manager you’ll: Own GWI’s global events strategy, calendar, and execution. You’ll be the driving force behind how we show up at events, from major industry conferences to customer roundtables and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), ensuring every experience reinforces our brand, showcases our product, and delivers measurable commercial impact. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Managers for Enterprise, Majors, Mid-Market, and Partner (who define event strategy for their segments), you’ll bring their vision to life, designing how events are executed and experienced. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Revenue, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to define narratives, booth experiences, and customer journeys that make GWI stand out. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes events, who thrives on the energy of designing, running, and optimizing experiences that inspire prospects, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own GWI’s global events strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment to segment priorities and commercial goals.
  • Act as the custodian of how GWI shows up at events, from booth design and narratives to overall experience.
  • Partner with Senior Segment Marketers (Enterprise, Majors, Mid-Market, Partner) and PR team to prioritize events and speaking opportunities and translate their strategic input into executional plans.
  • Lead the design and delivery of Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), ensuring they create high-value engagement with our most strategic customers.
  • Ensure consistency of event experience globally, while tailoring approach to local markets and audiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
  • Work with Revenue teams to drive pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement plans.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product to design how our product is positioned and showcased at events.
  • Partner with PR to collaborate on narrative for keynotes, speeches and media relation opportunities at events.
  • Travel as needed to support event delivery, ensuring on-the-ground execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Define event KPIs and track contribution to pipeline, revenue, and brand impact.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on event ROI to Marketing and Revenue leadership.
  • Continuously refine event execution and portfolio based on performance and feedback.
