About The Position

Are you a passionate Event Manager with a proven track record in organizing trade shows and company owned events? Are you a team player who puts the customer experience at the heart of every event? Then come join our Event Team in Denver! You will wow our customers by successfully planning, executing, and following up on trade shows and events. You’ll lead projects with a high degree of structure and accountability. You will act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, vendors, and internal departments (like Logistics) to ensure seamless, transparent communication. You will conduct vendor research, lead negotiations, manage budget planning, and take ownership of cost-effective event delivery. You will maintain a pulse on project status, managing quality control and timelines while overseeing post-event performance metrics. You will partner with colleagues to build event concepts and customer journeys that turn prospects and long-time users into lifelong EGYM fans.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you hold a degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 5+ years of professional experience in project management and have a history of independently leading large-scale events.
  • You are exceptionally organized and self-driven. You keep your cool under pressure and can communicate key information concisely to leadership, teammates, and vendors.
  • You have a "sharp eye" for the small things without losing sight of the big picture, backed by top-tier time management skills.
  • You are the face of the brand—always approachable and friendly, yet firm and professional when managing stakeholders.
  • You are a reliable, solution-oriented team player who takes real ownership of your work.
  • You’re able to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of your time.
  • You are able to be in office 2 days a week.
