We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to manage amenity spaces within a premier Class A office building within the central business district of Chicago, catering to a dynamic community of office tenants. This role is central to creating a welcoming, engaging, and efficient environment by developing unique service offerings, social events, and customized programming aimed at enhancing tenant satisfaction. The Events Coordinator will coordinate tenant events and ensure a positive tenant experience from pre-planning stages to execution. They will serve as the primary liaison with tenant contacts, addressing needs promptly and tailoring services as required. Additional responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating contracts, and managing amenity spaces. The ideal candidate will bring experience in event coordination, hospitality management, or commercial property management.
