About The Position

The Events Coordinator rolewill help bring Netchex events to life by managing key logistics, supporting Sales and Marketing teams, and keeping everything running smoothly from planning through follow‑up. This role is perfect for someone who loves organizing, collaborating, and being a team player to ensure every event feels polished, professional, and on‑brand. With a mix of hands‑on coordination, cross‑team partnership, and a sharp eye for detail, the Events Coordinator plays a key role in creating memorable experiences that showcase who we are to clients and customers. This position is based at our headquarters in Covington, Louisiana.

Requirements

  • Logistics Execution: 1–2 years of experience supporting event planning tasks such as scheduling, venue coordination, shipping materials, and managing onsite setup.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Comfortable assisting sales and marketing teams with booth preparation, attendee list organization, lead capture tools, and coordinating swag.
  • Technology & Tools: Basic proficiency with Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and event platforms like Eventbrite, Zoom, or MS Teams.
  • Project Coordination: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and last‑minute changes while keeping events running smoothly.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear and professional communication skills with a service-oriented approach when partnering with internal teams, vendors, and event partners.
  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail for tasks like preparing event materials, tracking expenses, proofing content, and confirming logistics.
  • Post Event Follow Through: Experience supporting post event tasks such as entering leads, updating CRM data, compiling basic reports, and summarizing event outcomes
