As an Events Coordinator , you will play a key role in growing our brand presence and generating new business through shows and promotional events. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying, securing, and booking new weekend shows and events within your assigned territory Generating high-quality leads that convert into sales and profit through event booth promotions Recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, and managing a team of Event Demonstrators Ensuring all booths are safely and professionally set up and taken down before and after each event Planning, coordinating, and organizing schedules and calendars for yourself, events, and your team Maintaining weekly tracking and reporting on productivity, labor, inventory, and departmental budget Setting clear goals for each event, week, and month and ensuring performance targets are met Working the local shows and events.
