About The Position

The Events Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This role acts as an information and communication manager within the organization.

  • Background in events, sales, customer support, marketing, administrative, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leads to improve customer experience and consistency across briefing centers.
  • Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new executive briefing initiatives.
  • Drive promotion of Executive Briefing programs to sales leadership and regional sales team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
  • Measure program success using quantitative and qualitative data analysis and report outcomes to sales and executive leadership.
  • Develop and run enablement sessions with the sales team to help new hires understand the value and benefit of these programs.
  • Support program development in new markets and regions by driving experiments to test regional adoption.
  • Proactively identify, flag, and mitigate program risks.
