Position Summary: The Events Bartender will prepare, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquets/events. Requires knowledge of all aspects of mixology including food/wine pairings and wine presentation and service. Core Four Competencies: Stocks bar and completes other pre-opening requirements. Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the department and daily club operations, including events and operating hours. Ensures that all state and local laws, club policies, and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
