About The Position
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Interact professionally with all guests, including high profile individuals and celebrities. Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant and professional manner. Serve as a brand advocate by providing accurate information about venues, menus, and pricing. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glassware, refrigerators, and equipment. Acknowledge, greet, and engage with guests who approach the bar. Prepare and pour all types of beverages for guests and cocktail servers (with valid Union Pour Card). Process cash transactions accurately, including making change and providing receipts. Convert cash to coin for guests playing slot machines in the bar area. Follow all cash handling policies; may not work from another person’s cash drawer. Uphold the highest level of integrity and adhere to all standards required by a regulated business.
