About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Events Assistant to join our promotional marketing team. This is a fully in-person position supporting pop-up events and brand activations across New York City. No remote or hybrid options are available.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior experience required .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced in-person environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light event setup tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and daily operation of promotional pop-up events.
• Engage with attendees, provide product information, and answer basic questions.
• Support the events team in coordinating materials, displays, and booth presentation.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong customer service.
• Track attendance, collect basic customer information, and help execute event activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized event environment at all times.
