Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating events from concept through completion
- Support event logistics, including materials, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
- Help create and distribute marketing and promotional materials
- Engage with attendees, sponsors, and community partners
- Conduct outreach research to identify new event opportunities
- Provide administrative and coordination support, including communications tracking
- Monitor and report on event performance and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and planning checklists
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
- Manage event registrations and attendee communications
- Support social media and email marketing campaigns
- Assist with post-event follow-ups and relationship building
