Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to completion
Support event logistics, including materials, vendors, and on-site setup
Help create and distribute marketing and promotional materials
Engage with attendees, sponsors, and community partners
Conduct research to identify new outreach and event opportunities
Provide administrative and coordination support, including tracking and communications
Monitor and report on event performance and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding
Develop event timelines and schedules
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Manage event registrations and attendee communication
Support social media and email marketing efforts
Assist with post-event follow-ups and relationship building
