In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events, as well as support our sales operations. You will work closely with event coordinators and sales managers to ensure events run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in events coordination or sales support roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Manage communications with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of events including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rental.
  • Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
