As an Events and Retail Marketer, you are the public face of our company and the first touchpoint for potential customers. You won't just stand behind a table; you will actively work at events and retail locations in the Tri-Cities area. These include home shows, retail locations (Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.), and community events.

Requirements

  • The Schedule: You have weekend availability (at least 3 weekend shifts per month) and are required to provide weekday support.
  • The Drive: You are coachable, competitive, and love competing against yourself to smash goals.
  • The Setup: You have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and are comfortable setting up/breaking down event displays.
  • The Voice: Strong communication skills are a must.

Nice To Haves

  • No prior sales experience is required, but being bilingual is a plus!!

Responsibilities

  • Engaging the Public: Starting real, genuine conversations with homeowners to build rapport rather than just reading a script.
  • Qualifying Leads: Asking the right questions to qualify interest and identify homeowners who need our services.
  • Setting the Stage: Scheduling solid appointments for our Design Consultants to close the deal.
  • Representing the Brand: Acting as a professional ambassador for a premium national brand.
  • Managing Your Space: Handling the logistics of setting up and breaking down event displays, including tables, signs, and tents.
