The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Events and Retail Marketing teams by ensuring seamless operations and organization. This individual will be responsible for managing data entry, report generation, maintaining inventory, and facilitating a strong culture to enhance efficiency within the department. They will oversee the verification of lead accuracy, maintain essential records, and facilitate effective communication within our department. Additionally, they will assist with ensuring we have a strong partnership with sales and the rest of our operation, office organization, and other administrative tasks to support the marketing team’s success. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
