As an Events and Engagements Coordinator, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, and tactical expertise to work on projects for the Department of War. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You’ll guide the work we do for the U.S. Navy and the solutions we deliver for national defense strategy. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing, coordinating, or supporting events in a professional setting
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership or stakeholders such as general officers or executives
  • Experience organizing events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management
  • Experience planning and executing events for large or specialized audiences
  • Experience developing documentation for stakeholder review, including event briefs, plans, and reports
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing high-profile events for government, military organizations, or corporate settings
  • Experience using software tools for event planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of protocols and organizational structures within DoD or federal environments
  • Ability to develop operational event timelines and deliverables for senior leadership
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
