As an Events and Engagements Coordinator, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, and tactical expertise to work on projects for the Department of War. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing, coordinating, or supporting events in a professional setting
• Experience engaging with senior leadership or stakeholders such as general officers or executives
• Experience organizing events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management
• Experience planning and executing events for large or specialized audiences
• Experience developing documentation for stakeholder review, including event briefs, plans, and reports
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing high-profile events for government, military organizations, or corporate settings
• Experience using software tools for event planning and coordination
• Knowledge of protocols and organizational structures within DoD or federal environments
• Ability to develop operational event timelines and deliverables for senior leadership
• Possession of excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
