About The Position

The Events & Community Outreach Manager will plan, execute, and manage events and community engagement initiatives for the agency’s clients. This role combines marketing, event management, and outreach strategy to create memorable experiences and build strong relationships with target audiences. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in both live events and digital engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, community outreach, or brand engagement, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong experience in live event planning and digital engagement strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: social media platforms, email marketing software, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Ability to travel locally and attend events as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hybrid events, webinars, or virtual engagement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and community activations.
  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage target audiences and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account, and social media) to align events with client marketing campaigns.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendors, venues, registration, and budgets.
  • Track and analyze event performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Create marketing collateral and digital content to promote events and outreach initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all events and outreach activities reflect client brand messaging and strategy.
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing, community engagement, and experiential events.
