As a key member of the Marketing team, the Events and Community Engagement Specialist will lead the coordination and execution of events and tradeshows while owning community engagement initiatives. This role expands to include building and nurturing industry relationships, press partnerships, and while enhancing the company's social media channels to foster meaningful connections and amplify brand visibility. You'll create immersive experiences for clients, partners, and community members, driving engagement and growth through creative strategies, meticulous planning, and proactive outreach. This position demands a dynamic, self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the firearms industry and a willingness to travel are highly valued.
