About The Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-loving team member to represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at local farmers markets and off-site events! As our Event Vendor, you’ll bring our brand to the community — sharing the joy of our individually packaged bundtlets in a variety of flavors while delivering the warm, welcoming experience our guests expect. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and genuinely loves connecting with people. Our Event Vendor will work events for our Amherst and Orchard Park bakeries. A company car will be available to take to events. Our summer event calendar is mostly set. We'll confirm which events work for your schedule and get those on your calendar. As new events come up, we will confirm those with as much notice as possible. In addition to event shifts, there will be hours available at both of our bakeries to donate cakes in the community by distributing them to local businesses weekly.

Requirements

Outgoing, energetic personality — you love talking to people and it shows
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and ability to arrive at event locations on time
Availability on weekends; some early morning start times required
Must have a minimum availability of Thursdays (West Seneca Farmer's Market) 3pm-8pm, Saturdays (North Tonawada Farmer's Market) 6:00am-2pm

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and break down the Nothing Bundt Cakes event booth, including display, signage, and product
Engage warmly and enthusiastically with customers, describing flavors and making recommendations
Handle cash and/or card transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain product presentation standards — keeping the booth clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event
Track inventory and sales, and communicate needs or feedback to the bakery team
Represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand with professionalism and positivity at all times
Loading/unloading product and supplies for transport to and from events
