Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for upcoming events and functions. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, ranging from corporate gatherings and weddings to large-scale public festivals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup and breakdown, managing guest check-ins, providing information and support to attendees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older or possess appropriate work permits.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
Manage guest check-ins and registration, ensuring a welcoming experience for attendees.
Provide information and assistance to guests regarding event schedules, locations, and services.
Monitor the event flow and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures throughout the event.
