About The Position
The Event Staff position is a vital support for live events held at and produced by Music and Event Management Inc's performance venues that include Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, the Taft Theatre and The Andrew J Brady Music Center ® . Job duties consists of Patron Relations, Crowd Control, Ticket Taking and Ushering. The schedule for this position is in the evening and during weekends.
Requirements
- The position requires strong customer service skills ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and guests.
- Event Staff will routinely be required to stand and walk for periods of 4 to 9 hours in outdoor and indoor locations.
- Additionally, Event Staff should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
