Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment and signage.
- Greet and guide attendees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage entry points by checking tickets or registrations accurately.
- Provide information and answer questions from guests regarding event schedules and locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, and other staff to facilitate smooth event operations.
- Monitor crowd control and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
