About The Position

Unilux Brand We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team and spearhead our event planning initiatives. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our events by overseeing all aspects from inception to execution. This includes a range of responsibilities such as coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that each event aligns with our organizational goals and brand identity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a portfolio of successful events.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen issues during events.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from start to finish.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within limits.
Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure best rates.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance.
Set up event spaces and manage logistics including audiovisual needs and catering.
Oversee on-site execution of events, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
