Event Setup Coordinator

Position Overview This role requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and assist with booth setups and teardowns at trade shows and events.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience with event or tradeshow setup preferred
- Ability to lift 30–60 lbs
- Ability to safely drive a company truck
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to event changes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to obtain a DOT certification (company paid)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with event or tradeshow setup preferred
Responsibilities
- Attends trade shows and events to set up UWD’s exclusive line of products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with coworkers to ensure everything is properly set and organized.
- Making sure all equipment is set and ready to go for all events.
- Assist with teardown and packing of displays after events
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Work with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
