About The Position

The Event Setup Assistant supports event operations by preparing venues and assisting with setup and breakdown activities.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

  • Previous event or setup experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up event spaces, equipment, and materials
  • Arrange tables, displays, signage, and promotional items
  • Support event breakdown and cleanup after events
  • Coordinate with event staff to ensure proper setup
  • Maintain organized and safe event environments
