As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of creating extraordinary experiences. Your main responsibilities will include transforming venues and conference rooms, setting up chairs and stages, and ensuring everything is picture-perfect for our guests. We pride ourselves on top-notch service, and we need passionate people like you to help elevate their experience!

Requirements

• Flexibility is key—you should be able to work evenings and weekends.
• You need to be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license is a bonus!
• You should be able to lift over 30 pounds—strength and energy are your allies!
• Above all, a passion for providing outstanding customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with our dynamic Sales and Banquet teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Bring event spaces to life by setting up and breaking them down according to floor plans and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Ensure timely set-ups that meet our high quality standards.
• Keep our storage areas and event equipment clean and organized.
• Provide essential on-site support and troubleshoot any issues that pop up.
• Set up and maintain audio/visual gear, ensuring every detail is just right.
• Keep track of event materials and supplies like a pro.
• Be part of the fun by assisting with beverage service
