About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for overseeing Event Services Associate(s) during nightly entertainment at all assigned locations under The Villages Entertainment. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Part Time, Onsite Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or three (3) to six (6) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
  • Must complete Crowd Safety Training within sixty (60) days of hire date.
  • This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. Please refer to the Vehicle Safety Program for the policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.
  • A Valid Driver’s License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Support Event Services Associate(s).
  • Coordinate Square Logistics with Event Services Manager and Special Events Manager.
  • Assist in set-up and breakdown of special events.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests entering the facility and assist in providing The Villages Entertainment event information.
  • Ensure the safety of the public and assist emergency personnel in emergency situations with traffic and Event Services operations.
  • Identify and report hazards to the proper channels.
  • All other duties as assigned.
