The Event Services Concierge is the primary customer service representative of Pinnacle Live to event planners and attendees, as well as hotel partners. This role ensures equipment and room setups are functioning as expected and proactively troubleshoots any necessary issues, being available prior to, during, and at the wrap-up of events.
