POSITION SUMMARY The primary role of an Event Server is to work directly with the Staffing Manager and the Event Managers on-site to ensure that B&B’s standards and procedures are met from start to finish, being the hospitality presence on-site, and ensuring well-executed events. As a representative of the company, the service team establishes a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and provides the guests with the most memorable experience at their event.
