About The Position

The Barn Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination where hospitality, great food, and unforgettable celebrations come together. From weddings and parties to community events, our team takes pride in creating experiences guests will never forget. We’re looking for energetic Event Servers to join us in making these moments possible—helping with setup, service, and celebration from start to finish.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Team player who enjoys fast-paced environments
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
• 18+ with reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license or state ID, and authorization to work in the USA
• Ramp Certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces, from tables to beverage & food stations
• Be creative and detail oriented while setting up for events while also following the guidance of the Sales team
• Deliver service with a smile—passing appetizers, serving meals, pouring coffee, and cutting cake
• Keep things running smoothly from start to finish, including clean-up & reset
• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for throughout the event
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to keep service seamless and on time
• Assist with stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests with a positive attitude
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance to represent The Barn Resort brand
• Support your teammates—jump in wherever help is needed to make the event a success
