About The Position

As the Event Security Officer at Extrity Services you will be instrumental in supporting temporary event operations across the Philadelphia market. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance ensuring service excellence and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security professionalism and client satisfaction. This is for our events team. We have a special event running February 9th through February 16th, with first, second, and overnight shifts available. Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm professional and composed in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability punctuality and a strong sense of accountability
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including overnight hours
• Ability to follow instructions policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Previous security or event experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence at assigned event locations
• Monitor premises to ensure safety of guests staff and property
• Assist with access control guest direction and crowd flow
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or concerns
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve potential conflicts
• Communicate effectively with event staff supervisors and team members
• Report incidents observations and activities accurately and timely
• Uphold Extrity Services standards of professionalism and conduct
