(Security, Athletic Facilities & Events) Management is specifically tailored guest services, security, crowd management and parking staffing company that specializes in sport facility, special event management and 24/7 facility security. S.A.F.E. Management is currently hiring! Are you looking for a part-time job where you can make your own schedule? Management is currently hiring part-time Event Security & Guest Services Team Members to work at - State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. Summary – Part-Time Event Security Guards S.A.F.E. Management's team members enjoy working sporting events, concerts, and other events. We strive to be friendly & considerate, have enthusiasm for a job well done, maintain integrity in all interactions, provide quality work & outstanding service, and strive for being the best. S.A.F.E. Management is the primary event staff provider of State Farm Stadium and the Arizona Cardinals! Our Event Security and Guest Services Team Members will work the following events: -Arizona Cardinals Games -Vrbo Fiesta Bowl -Monster Jam -Major Concerts (Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and more!) -Major Sporting Events
Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time
- Walk up and down stairs
- Work outside in all elements, depending on your position
- Be assigned a post, which may not give you a view of the Sports game, Concert, or event
- Work on evenings, weekends and holidays
- Work late night events or longer than typical work shifts
- Deal with disorderly or impaired guests
- For Event Security Active Arizona Guard Card (if not, S.A.F.E. Management can provide information on how to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Guest Service duties include, but are not limited to ushers, ticket takers and directional staff.
- Event Security duties include, but are not limited to access control, security screening, asset protection, field security, and response teams.
