WNDR is seeking a full-time, onsite Manager of Venue Event Sales to join the team based in Chicago, IL. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role is perfect for someone who can turn curiosity into bookings and vision into reality at our one-of-a-kind event venue. We are looking for a relationship-builder who thrives in a creative environment and knows how to guide clients from initial contact to signed contract, remaining the primary point of contact with an on-site presence during the event execution. Owning the sales process from sourcing leads and responding to inbound inquiries, venue tours, developing proposals, contract negotiations, coordinating event details with operations and caterers, executing events, and event recaps. An ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, a creative mindset, ability to collaborate with operations, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven events/hospitality background.
