Based in our Flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas and reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to VP of Marketing , this in-house role leads venue event sales and has a strong track record of closing sales and generating Event Sales revenue. The Event Sales Manager works closely with the venue leadership team to ensure flawless events, leads weekly Banquet & Special Events (“BASE”) huddles, leads and mentors an in-house Event Sales Coordinator and boosts revenue through strategic upselling. You’re always on the lookout for new business opportunities, networking, partnerships, and driving sales through creative outreach. With a keen eye on financial accountability, you monitor event revenue, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing to boost bookings.
