Job Summary: The Event Sales Director is responsible for the strategic oversight, selling, planning, and coordination of all aspects of event sales operations at the club. The Event Sales Director leads the event sales team to ensure the delivery of exceptional member and guest experiences while achieving the club’s annual event sales goals. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, cultivating key client relationships, and working closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to create competitive event offerings. The Director is accountable for the overall financial performance of the event sales department, ensuring that all activities align with the club’s business objectives and service standards
