About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that showcase our brand and engage our customers. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that every aspect of the event aligns with their vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event sales, coordination, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges that arise during events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and expectations.
  • Create event proposals and presentations, ensuring all client requests are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, and other operational details to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to management to ensure financial targets are met.
