About The Position

Quick on your feet, great with guests, and bring good vibes! Pay Rate $7.00 Hourly Rate + Tips (AVG Tip Rate: $15.09) | On-Call Temporary-To assist with our exciting events at Choctaw Landing! You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.
Requirements
- Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
- Read write and understand simple instructions
- 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires basic math skills
Responsibilities
- You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.
- Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.
- Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
- Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
- You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.
- Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
- Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned
