About The Position
We are hiring an Entry Level Event Promotions Associate to join a rapidly growing event marketing and promotions company that partners with nationally recognized brands and organizations. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, fundraising, and event management. Our team delivers high-impact, on-site promotional campaigns through live events, brand activations, and community outreach, helping clients grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. Each campaign is custom-designed to match the client’s target audience, ensuring a personalized and results-driven approach. With the expansion of our client portfolio, we are seeking driven, people-focused professionals ready to grow into campaign management and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Availability to work some nights and weekends for events
- Must have a reliable vehicle (travel fully reimbursed)
- Passion for events, promotions, and brand marketing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable engaging with the public
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- No prior event marketing experience required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Promotions Coordinator in planning and executing marketing and promotional events
- Support event setup, breakdown, visual merchandising, and inventory control
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and scheduling
- Track and process event sales and fundraising results
- Serve as Event Manager when required
- Represent brands with enthusiasm and professionalism at live events
- Lead by example and support interns and new team members
