About The Position

We’re a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators to create memorable brand experiences , engage communities, and support local initiatives. No prior experience is required— paid training provided ! 💼 What You’ll Do As an Event Promotions Assistant , you’ll be the face of client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training
• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers
• Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups
• Track event traffic, customer feedback, and FAQs to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth, engaging experiences
