About The Position
We are a rapidly growing marketing and promotional events firm seeking an enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting live events, brand promotions, and community-focused initiatives alongside experienced Event Coordinators. What You’ll Do As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will: Represent client brands at local events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community campaigns Engage with customers through interactive brand experiences Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples and promotional materials Assist with event sign-ups, registrations, and guest participation Serve as a knowledgeable brand representative after completing paid training Monitor foot traffic and collect customer feedback to support campaign improvement Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth execution and positive attendee experiences Ideal Candidate We’re looking for motivated individuals who are: Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Organized with strong time-management skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional, approachable, and positive in all interactions Flexible to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules Adaptable and confident in high-energy, fast-paced environments No previous experience is required— we provide full paid training .
