Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Support promotional activities during events and outreach programs.
  • Greet and engage attendees in a professional manner.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.
  • Assist with tracking attendance and engagement.
  • Communicate operational needs to event supervisors.
