About The Position

We are currently hiring multiple outgoing and career-driven individuals for Event Assistant positions with immediate start opportunities. This is an exciting entry-level role designed for candidates who want to build a career in event marketing, brand promotion, and client management. Our goal is to provide hands-on training in all aspects of event coordination and marketing. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into executive-level positions, managing client events from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • Passion for working face-to-face with customers and clients
  • Strong interest in marketing, events, or brand promotions
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Ability to travel locally to event locations
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a positive public image for clients through event marketing
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns
  • Build and leverage customer relationships while generating new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase brand awareness
  • Assist in selecting and organizing marketing and promotional materials
