About The Position

We’re a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging, memorable experiences that boost brand awareness, drive product engagement, and support local community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training
• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers
• Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups
• Track event traffic, customer feedback, and common questions to improve campaign performance and customer experience
