Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Event Planner or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Some travel required

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding graphics and printing processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the vitamin and wellness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage large tradeshow booth development & executions, including graphics, set up and logistics.
  • Organize and execute meetings, dinners, and specialty events as needed.
  • Responsible for the management and booking of shows, event spaces, and all necessary reservations.
  • Coordinate the management of smaller shows and events throughout the year.
  • Ensure all events reflect the brand vision and values.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate show deliverables and ensure alignment on event goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors on booth development, timelines, purchase orders (POs), and payments.
  • Keep stakeholders up to date on project milestones and progress.
  • Project manages all aspects of each event, from creative concepts to reservations and attendance tracking.
  • Oversee logistics to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage the budget for each event, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within financial parameters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Develop event timelines, ensuring adherence to both timelines and budgets.
  • Stay up to date on show innovation and industry trends.
  • Suggest ways to enhance attendee experiences to increase engagement and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
