Event Parking Attendant
About The Position
Position Summary: We are seeking reliable and customer-focused On-Call Parking Attendants to support parking operations during scheduled events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with the public, and ensuring a smooth and safe parking experience for guests. Pay: $19.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas during events.
- Monitor parking lots to ensure safety and compliance with event protocols.
- Provide courteous assistance and information to guests.
- Maintain clear traffic flow and prevent congestion.
- Assist with setup and takedown of signage, cones, and barriers.
- Report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
