As our Event Operations Supervisor, you will lead a critical function that ensures MASA’s national seminar program runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently at scale. You’ll play a central role in aligning logistics, people, and processes to support high-quality event execution across the country. In this role, you’ll oversee daily team operations while driving accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and field leadership to ensure seminar readiness, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain the systems and processes that power a seamless experience. Supporting a program that delivers more than 4,000 seminars each month across the United States, your leadership will directly influence operational performance, data integrity, and the success of a high-volume, nationwide event strategy.
