Responsibilities

Execute tasks within your team and occasionally work independently
Act as a liaison between the customer and client , ensuring smooth communication
Support fundraising initiatives and help meet campaign targets
Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Maintain high standards of customer service , addressing requests efficiently
Produce accurate reports on donations and outreach activity
Report progress to the Managing Director on a weekly or as-needed basis
Continuously strive to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction
