Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks within your team and occasionally work independently
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and client, ensuring smooth communication
  • Support fundraising initiatives and help meet campaign targets
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing requests efficiently
  • Produce accurate reports on donations and outreach activity
  • Report progress to the Managing Director on a weekly or as-needed basis
  • Continuously strive to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction
