Friendship Village Tempe is seeking an experienced and strategic Event Manager to lead and orchestrate our independent living events operation. This role owns the systems, communication, and team coordination behind a very high volume of events in a large, active senior living community focusing on the independent living campus. Communication and organization experience with 12+ event spaces (small or large) with an average of 100 events a week (small or large) is vital to this role. Management of direct employees is required. The Event Manager designs and manages the process, leads teams who execute the work, and ensures events move from idea to execution smoothly, consistently, and professionally.
