The Event Manager is responsible for developing and executing a mix of new field-based event programs, managing select existing client events, and supporting larger, high-impact company initiatives. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution — building event concepts from the ground up while also ensuring established programs continue to run smoothly and evolve over time. The Event Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors to deliver engaging, well-executed experiences that support business goals This position will be hybrid based in one of our offices based in Lake Worth, FL or Waltham, MA. Travel to approximately 8 annual events will be required.
